Here’s something interesting:<\/p>\n

Whilst trying to check out a location in New York using Google Maps I found two streets, parallel to each other, yet, the time each of the streets were last mapped by Google’s street view car is almost 2 years apart! Doesn’t that seem a little odd to you?<\/p>\n

One of the streets has been updated as recently as June 2011 whilst the other was last mapped in April 2009.<\/p>\n

I know that certain cities, especially in the US and New York is more often updated than other cities and countries but can’t quite figure out the huge discrepancy in updates for 2 streets next to each other.<\/p>\n

Any thoughts?<\/p>\n
