What is unique about Flow20s? website design services?
flow20.com has gained a reputation for delivering websites that not only look beautiful but also offers a user and lead-friendly browsing experience. Typically, our websites enjoy a Bounce Rate of less than 25% as compared to industry average of 38% – 40%. We have been able achieve this by leveraging on our expertise on what makes websites visitors convert into leads and customers.
As a Website Design company in London, should I expect higher prices?
Not at all. We think you’ll find our Web Design prices very competitive not just relative to other Web Design firms in London but nationwide. Unlike many other companies within our industry, we don’t have standard rates based on pages as the number of pages of your website isn’t the only factor that determines costs and we know, as consumers ourselves, how much we hate charging extra once prices have been finalised.
Once we have a basic idea of your website specification, we’ll provide you with a quote and there will be no increases in prices unless you have requested for additional features for your website.
Can we meet face-to-face before we begin?
We would very much prefer that. Since over 70% of our Web Design clients are London based, it’s not very often we start working with a new client without having met them. We find that not only does this help us understand your requirements better which has a positive effect across the entire development process but it also helps uncover other requirements that would perhaps, not have been possible over pure email or phone communication.
So if you are a London based business, we’d welcome the opportunity to meet with you for a no-obligation chat to discuss your Web Design requirements.
Will my new website work in mobile devices or tablet computers such as ipad?
Absolutely. Try out any of the websites we have built over the last year and a half and you’ll find it works perfectly on mobiles or tablets. We don’t charge a premium for making your website mobile compatible as we feel that mobile compatibility should be a bare minimum of our industry.
How do you ensure that my website design or development will be completed on time?
We know a common complaint clients have is their websites taking much longer than promised. We’re not saying our project delivery rates is 100% on time but it’s close to that. And we’re able to stick to timelines because we take the time initially to understand your requirements, create a Functionality Specification document which lists all the web design and development features of your new website and promise timelines accordingly.
How can I track the status of my website whilst it’s being created ?
You’ll know the status of your project at any time without having to chase us for responses. Over the last year, we have made investments into improving our process and productivity, and one of the tools we have developed is our own proprietary Web Design Project Management software – you can login at any time, view the designs, what work has been completed, what is remaining and so on. Basically, everything you may need to know about the Web Design process is available here
Are there any ongoing costs once my website has been made live?
No, there are no ongoing charges. However, if we are hosting your website, then we charge for this annually and if you ask us to carry out any updates to your website.
How do you charge for updates we ask you to make?
A written quote is provided to you before we begin carrying out any updates and we begin work upon receiving written confirmation from you.
Can I add an online shop to my non-ecommerce website later?
Absolutely. All our websites are fully scalable and adding an e-commerce functionality at a later stage wouldn’t be a problem.
What support does flow20.com provide once my new website is online?
We provide lifetime technical support and we’re only a phone call away if you have any online marketing related questions.
