Are your website design prices inclusive of all charges?
Yes, our prices are all inclusive and based on the assumption that you provide us with the content (text and images) to be used. Alternatively, we can create professionally-written custom content for your website via our Website Copywriting Service.
Can I register my own domain/URL and provide you with the details?
Ofcourse. As long as we can upload the website source
files into your hosting server (we would require the login
details), providing us with your own URL and/or hosting
info is no problem.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance and 50% upon completion of your project. The advance is only payable once you have approved your website design mockup.
Who owns the website design copyrights and Intellectual Property(IP)?
The website copyrights alongwith the IP is owned by you, the client.
Will my website design be search engine friendly?
We use the latest HTML and CSS coding to ensure your website loads fast and can be ‘spidered’ by the search engines easily. This can also help your website perform better within the results page since search engines prefer websites that have optimum load times.
Which Search Engines is my website being optimized for?
We optimize websites for Google and Yahoo!. Collectively, they account for almost 80% of all search queries with the remaining owning no more than 7-8% each. The process for optimizing for Google takes the longest and is the most complex. Are there any ongoing costs once my website has been made live?
There are no standard ongoing charges. However, if we have purchased hosting for you, it is payable yearly for which we usually invoice you.

Absolutely. Adding an online shop to your website after some time is no problem.

What after-sales support do you provide?
The first year’s maintenance (starting from the day your
website goes live) is provided at no charge. This includes
carrying out minor updates such as resolving hosting issues,
website redirects and so on.
Design and more complex changes are offered on a per-hour
basis or as a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
