Flow20′s Mobile App development service consists of a few stages:
The first phase is what we call Discovery. This involves discussions to uncover answers and insights into questions such as how your business operates, who your app users are going to be , how the app is going to add value and help you gain a competitive advantage and so on. Once we have a crystal clear understanding of your business as a whole, we move onto the next phase.
The Functional Specification phase is where we generate a detailed written documentation about the application to be developed and list all it’s functions and features including the technology that we are going to use, project timelines etc.
Once you are happy with the specification and it has been signed off by you, we move on to the design phase. This is where we create wireframes of the various app screens which is then ultimately used to create real design mockups of the app.
Once the designs have been approved and signed off we move onto the development phase where we build your mobile application.
Finally, once the app has been created, you’ll have a chance to test it entirely before signing off the project.
