Are there any on-going charges once my E-Commerce website is ready?
No, there are no on-going charges unless we are hosting the site for you, in which case, the hosting charge is payable annually.
Is there any limitation to the number of products I can have in my online shop?
Not at all. Our E-Commerce websites are fully scalable and you can add as many or as few products that you require.
How long does it take to get an E-Commerce website built?
That usually depends on the complexity of your requirements. It takes approx. 19 working days from completion of design phase, to have your E-Commerce website ready. If the website requires a heavy level of customisation and features, this can take up to 40 working days.
Which payment gateways can I use with my website?
We have worked with most of the major payment gateways in the UK such as Sagepay, HSBC Secure e-payments and Streamline. However, we can also integrate authorize.net and PayPal should you require.
How do I keep my online shop up-to-date?
All our Content Management Systems are fully web-based. This means, that you can login and manage your website from anywhere, as long as you have a computer and internet connection!
What is required of me to process online orders?
Not a lot actually. We have designed our E-Commerce platform to make the task of processing online orders as easy as we could have made it! For example, each time you receive an order, the order details are stored within the database plus you get an instant email notification of that order. Customer also receives an order confirmation receipt immediately. Stock levels are also updated instantly so you don’t end up selling an item that you may not have in stock anymore.
